At The Collective Clinic, we use two highly effective biostimulatory products: Sculptra and Radiesse.

- Smooth Wrinkles and Folds: Ideal for the lower face, biostimulators can soften nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and other deep wrinkles.
- Improved Skin Texture: Beyond restoring volume, biostimulators can improve skin quality by providing a smoother, more even appearance.
- Sculptra:
  - What It Is: Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) biostimulator that works by stimulating collagen production. Over time, this treatment builds and strengthens collagen deep within the skin.
  - Ideal For: Restoring facial volume in the cheeks, temples, and jawline.
  - Results: Sculptra provides gradual, natural-looking results that improve over several months as collagen builds. Results can last up to 2 years.
- What It Is: Radiesse is made from calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres suspended in a gel. It not only helps to restore volume but also promotes collagen production.
- Ideal For: Treating deeper wrinkles and folds, restoring volume, and contouring areas like the jawline. And improving skin texture and tightness.
- Results: Results are immediate, with continued improvement as collagen develops over time. Radiesse typically lasts around 12-18 months.

Sculptra delivers gradual, progressive results that build over several months. Offers results up to 2 years.

Radiesse provides immediate results with continued improvement over time. Typically lasts 12-18 months.

Downtime:

Most clients experience minimal downtime with biostimulator treatments. You may experience some mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites, but this typically resolves within a few days.

We recommend avoiding intense physical activity, excessive heat (such as saunas or hot showers), and alcohol for the first 24-48 hours post-treatment to minimize any risk of swelling or bruising.

For Sculptra only, we recommend massaging the treated areas using the ‘555 Rule’, meaning massage 5 times a day for 5 minutes at a time for 5 days.
