Aesthetic Injector
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join The Collective Clinic.
This role is suited for a clinically confident injector with a minimum of three years of full-time aesthetic injecting experience and an established book of business.
You are someone who values precision, safety, and refined results. You carry a professional presence, communicate clearly, and build long-term client relationships rooted in trust. You are collaborative, accountable, and aligned with a clinic that prioritizes both clinical excellence and elevated client experience.
A strong and professional social media presence is considered an asset, as we value education, transparency, and meaningful community connection.
This is a full-time, in-clinic role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide cosmetic and therapeutic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, PRF, biostimulators, deoxycholic acid, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and develop customized, long-term treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation, including consultations, informed consent, and before-and-after photography.
Deliver a seamless, elevated client experience from consultation through follow-up.
Maintain and grow your existing client base while contributing positively to the clinic’s reputation and culture.
Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to support operational efficiency and patient flow.
Assist with clinical inventory oversight and maintain an organized, professional treatment environment.
Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and select business development initiatives.
Represent The Collective Clinic in a manner aligned with our brand values and standards.
Qualifications
Active RN or NP license in Alberta.
Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in aesthetic injectables.
An established and transferable book of business.
Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centred care.
Professional, polished communication skills.
Maintain an active professional social media presence and feel comfortable creating content that aligns with the clinic’s brand.
Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and accountability.
Comfortable contributing to educational or social media content reflective of clinical expertise.
A team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative and structured environment.
