About the Role

We are looking for a licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare and client experience. You’re someone who brings a high level of care, is solutions-focused, and carries a professional demeanour while also being warm and personable. You value clear communication, accountability, and teamwork, and you're excited to contribute to a clinic that is both reputable and forward-thinking.

A strong presence on social media is a plus, as we believe in connecting with our community through education, engagement, and authenticity.

This role is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional treatments including custom facials, BioRePeel, DMK Enzyme Therapy, dermaplaning, and microneedling.

  • Perform in-depth skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans.

  • Maintain detailed client records, including treatment documentation and before-and-after progress tracking.

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and service throughout each client interaction.
    Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and confidence.

  • Collaborate closely with the team to foster a supportive and efficient environment.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space.

  • Engage with our clinic community via social media in a way that aligns with our brand.

  • Stay current with skincare trends and be proactive in seeking professional development.

Qualifications

  • A valid Aesthetician diploma and license to practice in Alberta.

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting but we’re open to newly licensed professionals who are eager, passionate, and aligned with our clinic’s values.

  • Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset.

  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and professionalism.

  • Comfortable using social media platforms to share skincare knowledge and promote services.

  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
