Omotenashi +Adopted from and rooted in Japanese culture, ‘omotenashi’ means wholehearted hospitality where every service is from the bottom of the heart without the assumption of receiving a reward for service. Though we do accept reward for our hard work, this is not the first priority or sole purpose of what we do. Instead, we prioritize our patients first with a strong emphasis on the quality of the service before anything else.
