Hyperhidrosis

Hyperhidrosis, also known as over excessive sweating, can be disruptive and uncomfortable to one’s daily routine. It can also lead to embarrassment and uncomfortable social interactions. Hyperhidrosis can occur due to both normal life triggers (exercise, heat, emotions, etc) and without any particular trigger at all. The most common areas of over excessive sweating are in the armpits, hands, and feet. While hyperhidrosis can be a cause for concern, it is fortunately a treatable medical condition. BOTOX® is a Health Canada approved treatment for hyperhidrosis and works by reducing the root of cause, over active sweat glands found throughout the skin.
